Extruded inner semi conductive layer, XLPE insulation and  extruded outer semi conductive layer + semi conductive tape

4. Outer sheath:

PE FR, Black or as per customer requirement

Drums can be wooden or steel

Routine Tests / Badania rutynowe:

• Max. DC conductors resistance at 20°C acc. to IEC 60228 & IEC 60502-2 parag.16.2 / Maks. rezystancja DC żył w temperaturze 20°C zgodnie z IEC 60228 i IEC 60502-2 pkt 16.2

• High voltage test acc. to IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.4 / Próba wysokim napięciem zgodnie z IEC 60502-2 pkt 16.4

• Max. partial discharge test at 1.73 Uo acc. to IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.3 / Badanie maksymalnych wyładowań niezupełnych przy 1,73 Uo zgodnie z IEC 60502-2 pkt 16.3

These tests will be carried out on one length of each size during each inspection . / Badania te – podczas każdej kontroli – zostaną przeprowadzone na jednym odcinku dla każdego rozmiaru kabla.
