1-SCOPE

This specification covers three cores unarmoured cables, conforming to IEC 60502-2 Specifications.
 

2. CONSTRUCTION

2.1 Conductor

Plain, annealed electrolytic copper conductors, circular stranded,conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60228.

2.2 Insulation

Extruded inner semi conductive layer, XLPE insulation and  extruded outer semi conductive layer .

2.3 Metallic Screen Layer

Copper wires + open helix Copper tape on each core

2.4 Sheath

PVC .

3. TESTS

All tests required by IEC 60502-2 either on Raw material or on finished products.

TEST AT WORKS ACCORDING TO IEC 60502-2 / PRÓBY FABRYCZNE XNUHAKXS, XNUHKXS

Routine Tests / Badania rutynowe:

• Max. DC conductors resistance at 20°C acc. to IEC 60228 & IEC 60502-2 parag.16.2 / Maks. rezystancja DC żył w temperaturze 20°C zgodnie z IEC 60228 i IEC 60502-2 pkt 16.2

• High voltage test acc. to IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.4 / Próba wysokim napięciem zgodnie z IEC 60502-2 pkt 16.4

• Max. partial discharge test at 1.73 Uo acc. to IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.3 / Badanie maksymalnych wyładowań niezupełnych przy 1,73 Uo zgodnie z IEC 60502-2 pkt 16.3

 

Liban Cables will carry out these tests on all the lengths and tests certificates will be provided  / Firma Liban Cables przeprowadzi te badania dla wszystkich odcinków kabli i dostarczy świadectwa z badań

 

Sample tests / Badania próbek:

• Check of the build - up and color coding of the cable / Sprawdzenie rozwijania i kolorowych oznaczeń kabla

• Check of dimensions / Sprawdzenie wymiarów

Insulation / Izolacja        :           according to IEC 60502-2 / zgodnie z IEC 60502-2          Parag. / pkt.      17.5.2

Metallic screen / Ekran metaliczny          :           according to IEC 60502-2 / zgodnie z IEC 60502-2          Parag. / pkt.            17.7

Oversheath / Powłoka zewnętrzna           :           according to IEC 60502-2 / zgodnie z IEC 60502-2          Parag. / pkt.            17.5.3

- Hot Set Test for XLPE insulation according to IEC 60502-2 parag. 17.10 /-Badanie stopnia usieciowania izolacji z XLPE zgodnie z IEC 60502-2 pkt 17.10

 

These tests will be carried out on one length of each size during each inspection . / Badania te – podczas każdej kontroli – zostaną przeprowadzone na jednym odcinku dla każdego rozmiaru kabla.

Type tests / Próby typu

Mechanical characteristics on insulation and sheaths material (tensile strength and elongation at break ) in accordance with IEC 60502-2. / Charakterystyki mechaniczne materiałów izolacji i powłoki zewnętrznej (wytrzymałość na rozciąganie i wydłużenie przy zerwaniu) zgodnie z IEC 60502-2.

These tests will be carried out on one length of the order / Badania te zostaną przeprowadzone na jednym odcinku z zamówienia
