SCOPE/ZAKRES

This specification covers XLPE insulated, circular or shaped, multicore unarmoured cables, rated at 0.6/1 KV according to IEC 60502-1 for use indoors, outdoors, and in cable ducts. / Niniejsza specyfikacja obejmuje kable z izolacją XLPE, o przekroju okrągłym lub kształtowym, wielożyłowe, nieuzbrojone, na napięcie znamionowe 0,6/1 KV zgodnie z normą IEC 60502-1, przeznaczone do pracy w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych, na zewnątrz i w kanałach kablowych.

CONSTRUCTION/BUDOWA

2.1 Conductor / żyła:

Aluminum conductors, circular stranded, or sectoral stranded, conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60228 / Przewody aluminiowe, o splotach okrągłych lub sektorowych, spełniające odpowiednie wymagania normy IEC 60228.

2.2 Insulation / Izolacja :

XLPE material, conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60502-1 / Materiał XLPE, zgodny z wymaganiami normy IEC 60502-1.

2.3 Assembly / Układ żył :

Insulated conductors are laid up, filled where necessary with non-hygroscopic material / Izolowane przewody, w razie potrzeby dodane wypełnienie z materiału niehigroskopijnego.

2.4 Sheath / Powłoka kablowa :

PVC LOW TEMPERATURE based thermoplastic material, conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60502-1 / Niskotemperaturowy materiał termoplastyczny na bazie PVC, zgodny z wymaganiami normy IEC 60502-1.

2.5 TESTS / TESTY : 

Conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60502-1 either on Raw materials or on finished products / Zgodność z odpowiednimi wymaganiami normy IEC 60502-1 dotyczącej surowców lub wyrobów gotowych.

TEST AT WORKS YAKXS 0.6/1 KV

Routine Tests / Badania rutynowe:​                                                      

 - Max. DC conductors resistance at 20°C acc. to IEC 60228 & IEC 60502-1 parag. 15.1 & 15.2 / Maks. rezystancja żyły prądu stałego w temperaturze 20°C zgodnie z IEC 60228 i IEC 60502-1 par. 15.1 & 15.2 

 - Voltage test acc. to IEC 60502-1  parag. 15.1 & 15.3 / Próba napięciowa wg IEC 60502-1 par. 15.1 & 15.3                                                 

                                                                       

Liban Cables will carry out these tests on all the lengths and tests certificates will be provided  / Liban Cables(Grupa Nexans) przeprowadzi niniejsze próby dla wszystkich odcinków, a następnie wyda stosowne świadectwa z badań.

                                                                       

Sample tests / Badania próbek:                                                            

 - Check of the build - up and color coding of the cable / Kontrola struktury i oznaczenia kolorystycznego kabla

 - Check of dimensions / Kontrola wymiarów

These tests will be carried out on one length of each size during each inspection / Niniejsze próby zostaną przeprowadzane na jednym odcinku każdego rozmiaru podczas prowadzenia każdej kontroli.

Tests certificates will be provided by Liban Cables / Świadectwa z przeprowadzonych prób zostaną dostarczone przez Liban Cables(Grupa Nexans).

                                                                       

Type tests / Próby typu :                                                                 

Mechanical characteristics on insulation and sheaths material (tensile strength and elongation at break) in accordance with IEC 60502-1 / Charakterystyka mechaniczna izolacji i powłoki (wytrzymałość na rozciąganie i wydłużenie przy zerwaniu) zgodnie z normą IEC 60502-1.

These tests will be carried out on one length of the order / Próby zostaną wykonane na jednego odcinka z zamówienia.

Tests certificates will be provided by Liban Cables / Świadectwa z przeprowadzonych prób zostaną dostarczone przez Liban Cables(Grupa Nexans).
