The Group’s social approach is a key focus of its CSR policy and one of its four CSR priorities. It covers employee related issues and targets workplace health and safety, human capital and CSR awareness. These targets are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations, which the Group adopted in 2008.
